Christian Jones is the driving creative force behind Radio Express’ original radio programming. As Vice President of Production & Creative Services, Christian has created, pitched and delivered branded entertainment platforms that include terrestrial radio, digital streaming, and social media integration for clients such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Zain Wireless in Africa, Heineken in the Caribbean and Central America, Ford Motor Company in Mexico and National Geographic in Japan.
Prior to Radio Express, Christian’s focus was in the emerging space of digital music. In 1997, he co-founded WiredPlanet.com, a pioneer in the Internet radio space, garnering a Webby Award nomination in 2000 for Best Music Site. The company was acquired by Listen.com, where Christian acted as Director of Internet Radio Operations, overseeing over 100 channels of programming and driving co-branded program channels for Dreamworks, Interscope, and Honda Motors.
About this years IRF B2B Forum, Christian says: “The definition and direction of radio has never been more exciting, dynamic or fragmented than it is currently. I’m looking forward to exploring what’s on the horizon for radio and media at this year’s IRF.”
